Disliked: Room was not spacious and sofa bed was not what I expected. Had to go down to the front desk to request bedding for the “sofa bed”, it was not automatically provided.

Great location, facility and service...

Liked: Breakfast was great and warm but busy. Location was great in the warehouse district, and we appreciated the pool since many hotels in this price range did not have a pool available.
Disliked: The sink did not drain while we were there. We required the use of the pull out couch for our family to all have beds. No sheets or pillows were available in the room, and when we requested them we were told that they didn't have enough pillows to supply any more. Even so, they told us that they would send sheets to use on the pull out, but they never appeared. We didn't pursue further and made do since we needed to get to sleep.
