Disliked: It was rebuilding everywhere in hotel.Person on valet parking told that parking was prepaid. In fact I have a bill. And price for parking is crazy high.

Unsatisfactory

Liked: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The staff at this hotel was overbooked. Therefore they referred us to another hotel nearby. We had to load up our luggage in the car and drive to another Marriott hotel nearby. This other hotel is still going through new construction. The receptionist station was a foldable table and two chairs. The entry did not look appealing. We did not get the room we requested. Our room (#223) was located in front of a club who had very loud music. We could feel the music vibrations in the room. We had a difficult time relaxing and sleep.

Liked: Location and room.
Disliked: Lobby was under major construction. Sold as breakfast included but breakfast area was blocked off due to construction. Sheet rock and cement dust due to ongoing LOUD construction everywhere in lobby.

Construction site!

Liked: Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was in full blown construction when we arrived. Check in was in the middle of a construction site, where loud saws and tile jack hammers were running. There was an insane amount of dust everywhere and no alternate exit.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Staff were ok, as we had issues over the payment process at the front desk, staff were not clear as to what we had to do. This was confusing especially when young and new to travelling.
