Liked: Booked in the lobby, staff were nice. They do look like they’re renovating or something once you leave the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was included it was descent. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Shower water gets good & hot. Location wasn’t bad about a 5 minute drive to Bourbon Street. For a last minute booking it was great.

Don't waste your money

Liked: The location was excellent and tge staff was really nice.
Disliked: My room was dirty. The toilet still had pee on it and the trundle had dirty sheets. The breakfast was wasn't that good. Overall I wouldn't stay there again for the price that I paid.

Superb

Liked: It was a good location close to the cruise terminal and close to the mall. They let us store our luggage while we waited on our room to be ready because we got there very early. Pool looked very nice we saw a family out there swimming and they said the water was good. We didn’t get in the water because we had been in the pool all week on the cruise lol. Would stay here again!

Liked: I did like that the location of the hotel was great for an event we were attending and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: I didn't like the location of my room. I requested to be close to the elevator and was given a room very far from the elevator. Also, the hotel was not very clean. They were doing updates to the hotel and it was a mess. For the money it was not a great deal.
