Poor service a lot of...

Liked: Very good location, big rooms, nice mattresses. Parking availability but is not free of course.
Disliked: Unacceptable service we stay there for 6 days. The first 4 days they didn't clean our room, only when we made complaints. And we were a 4 person family. Then the 5th day they didn't clean our room because they thought that we were checking out. So when we went to the reception to ask again to clean our room they said that you have to leave today...but our reservation was for 1 more day. Totally unorganized... So they just refreshed our room. Which means 6 nights 1 time clean and change sheets and 1 time just refresh....The breakfast was nothing special every day scrambled eggs and sausages and of course muffins and cereals every day. On the 4th day we stopped to visit the breakfast room. One more very serious problem was that the temperature in the breakfast room was freezing. Everybody was wearing a sweeter and the outside temperature was so warm.Finally they charge my card many times with amounts that as they said was a mistake from the system...I still try to understand what they have charged me....

Liked: The location and environment of the hotel were perfect, and very easy to access.
Disliked: Payment issues were a bit challenging, especially for people coming from other countries. The hotel could organize many ways for the guests to pay, either by card or cash, but not strictly by card payment.

Disliked: The location, it is on the far end of Canal far away from Riverwalk, Jackson Square and French Quarter. Valet was available but not that great.
