It was perfect for a...

Liked: CLEAN! It was very clean, one of my biggest concerns. I loved the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower, easier than juggling little bottles/caps. Walk in shower was perfect. Did I mention CLEAN??
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress.

Liked: The staff was consistently friendly. And. My child left her phone charger. 2 days later. They had it for me at the desk to pickup.

Short stay but a great...

Liked: I recently stayed at Springhill on the West end and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.The only downside was that I wished the balcony door could open—it would have been nice to enjoy some fresh air and the view. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’d consider staying here again.
Disliked: Everything was great just wished we could open the balcony door.
