Springhill suites is simple a...

Liked: Waffles excellent!
Disliked: The staff was completely unresponsive to customer complaints. The original room I booked had serious issues, forcing me to move to a smaller room. My son and I were locked inside this room, and it took two calls to the front desk before anyone came to help us. This is unacceptable. In the event of a fire or emergency, we could have been trapped or seriously injured. This level of negligence is a significant safety concern that needs immediate attention.
