Liked: The property accommodated us with early check in. I had initially told the clerk I would be needing an early check in for around 1:00-1:30 and I ended up getting there earlier, and they still accommodated me. Very nice staff.

Liked: I liked the curbside appeal. Good number of disabled parking spots. Lobby nice, but small. Breakfast was plentiful. Even though I'm on a low-carb diet, I was able to find more than enough food to satisfy. Coffee was pretty good and plentiful. Room looked nice. Very comfy bed. Bathroom/vanity/sink area roomy enough. Nice to have a small desk to work on my laptop. LOTS of charging plugs available. Thank you. The hot tub was HOT AND AWESOME! I enjoyed it several times.
Disliked: Front desk staff DID NOT mention that maid service is on demand. Nobody came to empty my trash after 2 days (I had a lot of food containers and packaging to get rid of). Finally ran into the maids in the hallway, asked for service and was told "we don't do your room today." Had to make a SPECIAL REQUEST to get my trash emptied. But then they never came into my room again. I was there 5 days. We had to put trash into the hallway. It sat there for more than a day each time. Towels were never changed. Beds unmade. No vacuuming. On my last day, I asked about it at the front desk. THAT's when they told me it was on demand only. I gave them fair warning that there was about 5 days worth of empty meal cartons, packages and trash piled everywhere. And no, I did not leave a tip because there was no service. I bet the cleaning service HATES this policy.

Liked: The crew was really kind. The room was clean.
Disliked: We spent a night to celebrate my son’s 12th birthday. Before our stay, I specifically inquired whether the hot tub was working properly, as it was his birthday wish to enjoy it. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.When we arrived, we changed into swimwear, took towels, and then discovered that the hot tub water was cold. This was a major disappointment, as it was something my son was really looking forward to. Had I been informed in advance, we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.
