Clean comfortable stay to visit...

Liked: Comfortable bed, friendly front desk staff. Outside jacuzzi nice after hiking. Breakfast buffet was standard.
Disliked: Architect design for bathroom door just barely cleared toilet, toilet paper was farther than normal arm away from toilet. Because of doors to adjoin rooms you could hear loud conversation in roomNextdoor.

We were disappointed.

Disliked: The king suite is not ok to sleep 4 adults. The room is more suitable for 2 adults and 3 children.The complementary breakfast was disappointing.

Nice hotel, awful check in...

Liked: Excellent location, close to everything relevant in the region (Arches, Canyonlands, Moab, Utah Scenic Drive...). The hotel looked great, and our room was enormous, very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool area was beautiful and excellent. There was no on-site restaurant, but you could order meals via an app and the service was quick and the food was ok.
Disliked: Our experience was almost ruined by the person in charge when we checked in. It was late, we were very tired, and we were told that we had to provide a credit card and have the funds corresponding to the entire stay immediately blocked from that card. Otherwise, we wouldn't be allowed to check in. The entire situation was vexing and absurd since we had paid for the entire stay via Booking.com 3 months in advance! We explained that again and again to the person in charge, to no avail. We had the funds blocked from that card for almost 20 days. We sent a message to the hotel complaining. No reply. Unacceptable.

Liked: the pool, the activities for children and the location
Disliked: I would have liked more variety at breakfast, and for the pools to be more heated.

Beautiful if you don’t want...

Liked: Beautiful pool and room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room we had, had an air conditioner that rattled all night. We got absolutely no sleep and had to drive to Boulder in the morning. We were assured that the General Manager would make it right. But he never contacted us like we were told. Bathroom sink fixture was loose and wobbly. Not something you would expect at a hotel with a room rate of $399.00. Very displeased with this stay.
