Liked: Friendly and helpful staff! Clean and very comfortable beds!! The room was great!
Disliked: The shower room (with toilet) had no place to set my clean clothes after the shower. Also I thought I could get a waffle in the morning (but the oatmeal and topping made up for that

Disappointing in some areas, but...

Liked: Liked suites comfort and layout. Liked working with Liz for our conference room set up for Grooms Dinner. Also appreciated (Jeneane's) help checking in on Fri. 10/4 early.
Disliked: Front desk woman Sat. 10/5 was rude, not helpful, almost yelling at us and was away from front desk and on her personal phone. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and would cause me not to stay at Springhill again. We are extremely nice people and we're just trying to get some questions answered and help. It also was the day of my son's wedding. This woman should be fired!! Also, was not impressed with Mintahoe Catering food quality for price charged. Lastly, somebody mopped outside of our conference room while we were using (4:20p-ish) it and one of our guests almost slipped and fell due to no cone by door to alert her of slipperiness. The cone was way over by the middle of the room so she didn't see it when she stepped out of the conference room. It was very slippery!
