Exceptional

Disliked: The pillows are my only complaint

Disappointing in some areas, but...

Liked: Liked suites comfort and layout. Liked working with Liz for our conference room set up for Grooms Dinner. Also appreciated (Jeneane's) help checking in on Fri. 10/4 early.
Disliked: Front desk woman Sat. 10/5 was rude, not helpful, almost yelling at us and was away from front desk and on her personal phone. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and would cause me not to stay at Springhill again. We are extremely nice people and we're just trying to get some questions answered and help. It also was the day of my son's wedding. This woman should be fired!! Also, was not impressed with Mintahoe Catering food quality for price charged. Lastly, somebody mopped outside of our conference room while we were using (4:20p-ish) it and one of our guests almost slipped and fell due to no cone by door to alert her of slipperiness. The cone was way over by the middle of the room so she didn't see it when she stepped out of the conference room. It was very slippery!

Liked: Great breakfast, and great staff and loved the layout to the rooms. Very close to downtown.
Disliked: Wifi was spotty due to storms in the area, thought they would have been able to get it back running during my week long stay. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I know it’s fixed

Liked: the staff were very friendly. on saturday night the lady working the night shift at the desk was the best costumer service we had all weekend. the lady earlier on saturday told us that the beds would be made and she would send someone to our room around 8pm (well we were out) to turn over the beds and fix our AC. when we came back nothing was done at all. it was 80°+ in our room the entire weekend with five people. uncomfortable to say the least. when we went down and talked to the women at night. the AC problem on the system was checked off and marked as fixed however. let me tell ya i personally didn’t know there was a sauna room with beds available to rent over the weekend cause that was crazy. also let’s go on to the fact that under the sink in the kitchen area there was a papa johns box. we didn’t have papa johns. gross. anyways that room should be closed off until further inspection. room 211. they did end up comping us for one evening but that was not enough. to ruin a great weekend for a hot room. sucked.
