Liked: Good location. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast included with the stay.
Disliked: Parking. Also, it was difficult to get to the hotel with our GPS due to roads closed for construction. Although we realized the hotel could not control that.

Definitely not the best stay...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location is great, across from the convention center where we needed ro go. Valet staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room was not very clean. Stains on sofa, etc. Did not like the fact that when we requested a later check out we got an attitude with the response that, "it's a ten dollar charge for every hour after 11am".

Disliked: When I specifically asked at check in to have to room charged to the card I was placing on file for the incidental hold, I was told to ask at check out and it would be taken care of. I asked at check out. It was still charged to the card I made the reservation with. It shouldn't be hard to use a different payment method

Liked: It was clean and beautiful
Disliked: They charged us $40 for vallet parking which we didn't want and then when we went to get our vehicle she sent us to get our own because she was busy with other vehicles and we were still charged $40 after I messaged and informed the front desk on several occasions and was ignored.
