Liked: Good location. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast included with the stay.
Disliked: Parking. Also, it was difficult to get to the hotel with our GPS due to roads closed for construction. Although we realized the hotel could not control that.

Liked: I would highly recommend staying here! Very clean & quiet rooms! Lovely free breakfast too! Beautiful night view of Baird Center. Directly across from Baird Conference Center with convenient parking.

Liked: Checking in was a nightmare because my card was charged for the stay but was declined for the incidentals and they wouldn’t let me in at first. Had to call bank to get that sorted.

Liked: The lobby staff were friendly and great. Mr. Parker was awesome and very helpful. He would go way above and beyond.
Disliked: Only being very picky, Breakfast. Again staff was great just the selection was very limited.

Liked: The hotel is a little tired and presumably it’s due a makeover, or maybe it’s just old! Anyway it was pleasant enough. It would be hell Kofi to know everything’s closed on Sundays. I found out the hard way.

Liked: It was right across the street from the convention center.
Disliked: I had to change rooms because when I checked in, the first one had not been cleaned properly and I found remnants of nuts on the floor, a used towel in the bathroom, dirty mirrors and a bra in the closet. I had never experienced anything like that in a hotel and I was charged extra to check in a little early.
