Passable

Liked: Ernie was kind and respectful and knew that although we were a large group and gathered in the lobby after events, he was patient.There was another lady that served bfast and she was always sweet friendly and kinds. Maddie.
Disliked: After staying a few days, the staff that came after Ernie at the front desk was rude, spoke to us and looked at us as if we were a burden and were not welcomed. They told us the lobby is closed and no warm water will be provided. The kids were in sweats and 3 were 18 over. I was I. With them after 12 am the lady Claire...I think that's her name..came in pretty much scolded us and them for being there. She told my younger niece to get a parent to get her out of there. She completely acted as if I did not exist and I kept quite but was not at all happy with us being treated that way. Nobody was harming anyone, they were using the equil and talking. Not cool. We were at least 10 families providing business for almost 7 days...we should have been treated with more respect.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. They offered a great selection for the continental breakfast and was easy to get to right off the highway.

Would not stay here again

Disliked: Poole not on property room smell like mildew. Very small rooms very small sink.

Liked: The property was clean and breakfast was decent for the price. Rooms were nice and big.
Disliked: We were part of a big wedding group. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very helpful especially as our kids wanted to stay up and chat at night. They specifically shut down the lobby in the night and didn’t allow our kids to chat in the lobby. Sure, there were a lot of us but we also booked like 30% of the hotel for about a week. Just to be clear, our family weren’t rowdy or drunk etc. we requested them for an area where we could socialize so that others wouldn’t be disturbed but they didn’t oblige us. Plus, we had continued issues with them cleaning the room etc. so I would not recommend for longer stays.
