Disliked: The only thing is Chauncey, is to set a lower minimum AC temperature in the rooms. It can get quite a bit hot. Hotel just need to adjust the minimum set value.

A clean and pleasant hotel

Liked: After a long journey, it was disappointing to be met with a miserable member of staff on the desk but the room was OK - we only used it as a first night after travelling. The person on the desk when we checked out being as miserable didn't help but the hotel was clean and pleasant.
Disliked: The unwelcoming staff.

great hotel wirh convinient location

Liked: rather small but super nice Hotel in Miami close to the Airport and the Dolphin Mall. the room was really spacious with two queen beds and a sleeping couch and an extra luggage room. Super friendly staff that was helpful.
Disliked: nothing.
