Highly recommended

Liked: Everything was perfect. Reception staff very attentive and kind. Very nice complimentary breakfast, nice relaxing poolside, nice lake environment. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport is a bonus, We could make our check-in earlier which is nice touch too, however We could stay until check-in by the very relaxing poolside. Thanks for all, highly recommended.

Liked: The room had a microwave.
Disliked: Mostly everything. This is not a 3 star hotel. One room flooded when I flushed the toilet. My next room was an ant lab.

Excellent staff!

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful, offering to store our cases after we checked out and went to visit Miami Zoo, as we had a late flight. We didn't realise there was a free shuttle bus to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised when this was offered to us.
Disliked: The air-conditioning was very noisy, but the room was hot so we had to use it.
