Great Shuttle, Clean room but...

Liked: We had no time for breakfast as we left for the airport at 6AM, The room was very comfortable but the coffee supplies were very inadequate. Better notice should be given for use of AC. Hotel Security is POOR as we got flyers under our door within 10 minutes of entering the room for PIZZA.
Disliked: Security is LAX, anyone can walk in and access the Elevators! That's poor for ANY Marriott facility. No room Safe was available although the website said there was one in a King Suite we were in room 301. The Staff are making NO effort to stop people running around the floors putting out Flyers. NO one to help with luggage so we had to self help with luggage cart NOT acceptable for Retirees.

Liked: The maid who took care of our room was very sweet and very accommodating. I don’t have her name.
Disliked: Hotel needs to be updatedThe breakfast was fairAir conditioning unit was like a freight train all nightToilet bowl got clogged someone came to fix it and it got clogged againRoom was not clean. There were crumbs on the floor amongst other things.

Liked: Breakfast was fake eggs and sausage. I felt like I was at cheap hotel! Shower didn’t work rm 211 and my comforter was stained! Gross!
