Disappointing

Disliked: Ice machines in hotel were all broken. Some of the outlets in room didn’t work. Breakfast was suppose to open at 6 but was still not open at 6:40. Not good for early travelers.

Disliked: Was very dirty. There was poop where on the wall of bathroom in my room. Pool was bad water condition. Staffs are very nice.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom and no vent. The TV stand took up most of the walkway in the room. The air conditioner didn't work very well and I sweat most of the night. The chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned your eyes just walking into the room. The fire water spicket in the bathroom was rusted through and then was painted to make it look new. The front desk person couldn't find my reservation, then he couldn't figure out the credit card machine. Most of the staff didn't speak English very well and I was given the wrong receipt before I left. The waffle machine wasnt available for breakfast. For the price I expect better than this.
