Liked: Very nice staff providing accommodations and being friendly to my family and I.

Great place for a short...

Liked: The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of options. I appreciated the fully stocked towels in the pool area, and the spacious dining area.
Disliked: There was a delay upon checking in, a miscommunication between Booking.com and the property delayed our check-in for about an hour. It could have easily been resolved if Booking.com was easier to get a hold of. Both the very helpful Front Desk agent and I waiting on hold with Booking.com for over half an hour.The Front Desk Agent was great and did the best with the information she had, Booking.com could have been a lot better.

Wish it had been better

Liked: It was very very clean, the rooms were spacious, beds/pillows were so comfortable. Check in was nice and east. The front desk was pleasant and kind.
Disliked: The rooms adjoining can be heard so loudly! Children were screaming and loud from check in until into the evening. The maids in the morning were so LOUD! I heard loud thuds, banging, their talking so loudly from early morning until I left at 9am. The room felt so dark everywhere. I couldn’t get enough lighting within the room especially around the desk area where I was working. It wasn’t a very relaxing stay. It’s in the center of town and trains and traffic can be heard. Unfortunately it’s likely that I will stay at this location again.
