Bad stay, couldn’t enjoy my...

Liked: Was charged twice and property did not honor booking price but clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The company charged me full price after booking had already charged me. Now I have to spend time reversing the situation. Will never go back. Front desk argued that booking had refused to pay when all booking said was they’d honor the original price. However the hotel charged the full amount instead of only the taxes like they said.
