Great location for a trip...

Liked: The hotel room was comfortable, great location and parking.
Disliked: The breakfast is included but there wasn’t a lot of options.

It’s close to the airport.

Liked: The parking was right in front of the door to check in. The hotel and towels were clean.
Disliked: The bed had yellow stains on it. The shift change made checking in a horrible experience. My kids and I waited forever to get our hotel room.

Difficult to sleep

Liked: Good location, big room
Disliked: Worst mattress ever - lumpy and could feel springs all night digging into my back, so hardly slept at all. Definitely need a new mattress

Deplorable experience

Liked: I WANT A REFUND - I arrived to find that this "pet friendly" property charges $150 for pets. The booking.com price should have included this, which it didn't. In addition, the hotel had no power when I arrived and there was dog feces on the floor in the lobby. I refused to stay there for all these reasons and I WANT A REFUND!!!
