Too pricey for what you...

Liked: it was a good location for what we needed. the wedding and meals were all very close. For what I did not like about the room and the cost, the breakfast was great and the staff were super nice.
Disliked: its an old building, not in the charming way. its an old outlet mall converted to a hotel. it was the strangest entry ever, not really marked as a main entrance, not what you would expect of a typical hotel entrance. The cost for the room for what we got was pretty insane. small room, $710 for two nights in Lawrence KS.

Will not stay here again

Disliked: Bath tub didn’t drain. Toilet wouldn’t flush No mantanice on duty Dirty gloves left in room upon check in

Very pleased and great access...

Liked: Loved the size of the suite and access to the riverfront. Staff was amazing. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Mirror in room bathroom had visible mold trapped inside. Toilet handle broke. Coffee in lobby very watered down at breakfast.
