Liked: nothing . i had enquired from the hotel staff before booking . they gave me false information that it was in the heart of downtown las vegas . they are at the beigining of the downtown not at heart of downtown .
Disliked: terrible breakfast . very few vegetarian option . Orange apple and banana out of 3 only 2 options were available .No breads . breakfast time upto 9.30 is too less . it should be minimum till 10 am . 2 person at breakfast table are always eyeing you what you are eating and what not . they make you feel like be acreful we are watching you . Just like parents do to their children . No kellogs cornflakes were available . the staff at front desk just follow the rules . they have no respect or thought for the cutsomers need or his difficulty . Lady manager on day 1 of our checking insisted on we vacating the hotel as we complained to her about our discomfort and not feeling happy in the hotel . The shower area is too small . cant move your hand also . How do you rub yourself clean when your hand movement are restricted. Hot milk is not available. no complimentary water bottle in the room . no toothpaste or shaving cream in the room . if possible atleast refund us one night charges .
