JUST NEEDS A LITTLE SHAPING!
Liked: Denise was WONDERFUL and a pleasant soul that just comes naturally. She is I believe an asset to the team and I'm sure she is a great team member. She made my family and I feel welcome even though we had some struggles down below at LAX. I was exhausted and very overwhelmed to say the least and she went above and beyond to make me feel peaceful opposed to harboring the Anxiety I was feeling from the LAX experience, and the drive way up the hill. The cleaning crew was respectful and when we placed the towels outside of the door and asked for towels we were given towels accordingly. The lady who assisted with the breakfast was pleasant as well. I didn't get his name, but the tall light skin African American guy with dreads always greeted us coming and going & he was very pleasant as well. The location is great especially since everything we had to do medical wise was in distance. The lobby is always clean as it should be and the breakfast area was clean as well.
Disliked: I don't like in this day of age with Covid let alone other unsanitary reasons that the room still has carpet instead of hard flooring. I'd even take a throw rug here and there with some floor; opposed to full on carpet. The color walls seem so dry, blah and sad looking. Please update your lights to more lighting opposed to that dull yellow old ancient back in the 70's grandparents' house dim lighting. The room could use updated modern vibes with better furniture like leather or pleather for sanitary issues. Of course, way better lighting, as well as paint to more friendly colors like white with accent color walls light grey with bright yellow accents like pillows, pictures hence "SPRING" hill suites. Possibly navy blue like the sign & yellow or rich bright purple and yellow. The bathroom tiles are outdated and didn't look pleasing to the eyes nor the built-in stains & dirt in restroom, between tiles, and dirty handprints or whatever along the door trimming while in restroom. Also, while using the restroom I noticed there is something white down the walls in bathroom which I can imagine might be some body fluids or milk maybe??? Its dried in, but either way I've seen worse. I think a good steaming in all your restrooms would be overall great especially on the stained carpet. DON'T book through a 3rd party or you won't get your points. I was NEVER told that and NOT even a courtesy was offered from Marriott Bonvoy directly explaining going its on our website. Who even looks for that 1st when booking. I know I "NEVER" knew that, so I would NOT have known. They get so smart at the mouth which is very disappoint. Good compassionate Customer Service is VERY hard to come by these days. smh. Would, I stay again? I won't say no, just yet since there is a hopeful change they will upgrade or at least steam clean, but if not there will be other options. I can say they are way more cleaner than next door...

Liked: Room ok, a little dirty sofa.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, common areas need more vacuum, elewator floor dirty, breakfast minimal.
