Liked: I stay at this location quite often my grandsons just love the truffle bed that pulls out from under the couch in the living room The rooms are big and spacious the beds are very comfortable they had a wonderful hot breakfast each morning I was there
Disliked: The hotel was remodeling the whole time I was there so in the daytime it was kind of noisy even in your room you could hear the repairs

Liked: The rooms are big and spacious everything is new and redone and very clean the front desk agents were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I've stayed with them several times . the last time I was there they were remodeling so there was a little noise but they're finished now

Liked: We had to extend the room and they would not allow us to do it through booking.com who I had originally booked with, so I joined the rewards program because the clerk said that we would be saving money and extending on-site. It ended up being $50 more a night than it would have had we checked out and then got a different room through booking. Really beautiful room, though, and beds like a cloud.

Liked: The location was in a good area it was close by to shops and stores
Disliked: They were in the middle of renovations and nowhere did it say when I booked that was going on. It was a shock, and the workers who were fixing the hotel were talking crap about us in Spanish to the point where we had to say something. Also one member of staff was very rude to us, but all the other staff was amazing.
