Great except for the luggage...

Liked: Missed it.
Disliked: The luggage carts were horrible. They are triangular shaped, cheap, light weight and tip over easily. Not user friendly.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, good choices, yogurt and healthy choices
Disliked: Trouble with bathroom, toilet was leaking, location of bathroom near beds and bolted windows. I need a fresh air from outside to come in and clean stink and mold. In addition, I feel like prisoner if there is no way to open windows.
