Not having to deal with...

Liked: Staff were exceptionally nice. Breakfast was very good. The location was great, close to the Plaza and Crown Center. Parking was very convenient.
Disliked: Heavy “barn door” to the bathroom was cumbersome and a little noisy to open/close while spouse was sleeping just a few feet away. - a bit of a pain. A regular door, while less stylish, would have been better.

Liked: staff was excellent. room very nice, even exceeded expectations. two small issues--you are asked if you want the room cleaned, a strange question since daily cleaning is the basic but apparently not in this hotel. Consequently, and due to a misunderstanding, the room was not cleaned during the five nights stay. Another small matter is the location--getting to shops was easy since downhill but getting back is a steep climb that not everyone can undertake. Otherwise, an excellent stay
Disliked: could not quite understand the logic of cleaning and not cleaning rooms.

Liked: It was very neat, they upgraded my room for my birthday which was very nice! breakfast was good and the staff were very nice
Disliked: There was some hair left in the drain in my room but they came and fixed it right away everything else was clean

Liked: The location of this property is conveniently located in the center of the city. Because it’s located in the plaza both shopping and food options were in abundance. This location also has a gym facility.
Disliked: Our room was not properly turned over with clean bed linen. The housekeeping staff did immediately resolve the issue.

Disliked: Parking situation not ideal. At check in there should be a sign directing those checking in to park to the right so that those needing to get by to access parking can proceed. Three different times I arrived back at the hotel from a trip out and needed to wait 15 min+ each time for a parked car who was checking in. This could be easily avoided with signage or an attendant.

Liked: Clean. New. Rooms were generously appointed.
Disliked: Parking is tight and tough to maneuver in. We parked across the street because it was easier, but it felt like the car was less safe. Sort of a no-win situation. This is really my only complaint about otherwise fine facility that was nicely staffed.
