Disliked: Everything. Nice front desk staff. Breakfast, Rooms very nice and very clean

Liked: I liked the room set up, the fire pit (even though it wasn't lit until I checked out) I got to feel it before we left. The staff was super nice and friendly at the check-in desk.
Disliked: The high pressured shower, the limited breakfast and the sandwiches were frozen. The heated pool was just a lil with a heater in the room. I couldn't access any of the apps on the tv that came with the stay. The window barely opened. I asked for a chair to be brought up, was told it was, but called back and was told someone else already got it.

Will stay at SpringHill suites...

Not having to deal with...

Liked: Staff were exceptionally nice. Breakfast was very good. The location was great, close to the Plaza and Crown Center. Parking was very convenient.
Disliked: Heavy “barn door” to the bathroom was cumbersome and a little noisy to open/close while spouse was sleeping just a few feet away. - a bit of a pain. A regular door, while less stylish, would have been better.
