Liked: Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The parking is a nightmare. You pay 18 a night and there are not enough spaces to accomidate the number of rooms. We came back around 9 from dinner on a saturday night and the parking garage was full.

AH-MAZING!
Liked: My first impression was the amazing cleanliness and smell as I entered the hotel. I noticed fresh lemon water at the front desk for guests to enjoy. The check in process was smooth and I appreciated the front desk associate's positive attitude. She also doubled as the bartender and made amazing drinks too! I was blown away on how quiet it was in and outside my room. THANK YOU for the nice sound barrier walls. The next morning I was surprised by the amount of children with their families especially since the hotel was so quiet. Bonus: The breakfast was really good and plenty of options to choose from. The coffee was HOT and amazing.
Disliked: I really have no complaints but the only thing was the pool area was out of order and it would have been nice to relax by the indoor pool. Hopefully that is fixed soon.

Liked: The beds were extra comfortable. I usually don’t sleep well if beds aren’t comfortable but these were super comfy.
Disliked: I wish they would serve breakfast longer especially on the weekends. Not everyone gets up at 7-8am every day.

Liked: I liked the room set up, the fire pit (even though it wasn't lit until I checked out) I got to feel it before we left. The staff was super nice and friendly at the check-in desk.
Disliked: The high pressured shower, the limited breakfast and the sandwiches were frozen. The heated pool was just a lil with a heater in the room. I couldn't access any of the apps on the tv that came with the stay. The window barely opened. I asked for a chair to be brought up, was told it was, but called back and was told someone else already got it.
