Liked: I liked all the updates they’ve done in the last few years and the ease of checking in and out.
Disliked: It was very dirty. The elevator was so dirty with dirt and crumbs and stuff all over the floor and my daughters were really excited to go swimming but the pool was disgusting. So dirty that the water was yellow. It was very disappointing.

Liked: The location is great -- 5 minutes from I-435. The room was clean looking and comfortable.
Disliked: The room had a musty smell to it. I had to request clean towels and wash cloths - clean towels and wash cloths should be supplied each day of the stay. Ice machine on the second floor was broken. The gentleman at the front desk at check-in had an extremely thick foreign accent. It was difficult to understand what he was saying. This was my fourth time staying at this property. On each of my previous visits, the internet service provided was acceptable and allowed me to view email and sport websites. This time , I was informed that I had to be a "GOLD" member to have better internet access. Hence, I had very little internet access. This was a problem in that my son had on-line homework to do. He could not access his class site. With all of these issues, I was disappointed with my stay.
