Disliked: I would not recommend this 3-star hotel to no one as the room did not meet me and my guests expectations. Upon entry, our room had brown, spotted stains on the floor, one of the queen beds was apparently not clean because there was a brown stain on the bed sheets when we pulled back the covers, and the bathtub was completely disgusting as it had a brown and light pink ring around the tub and on the floor of the tub. It looks like the staff tried to put a tub mat to cover the uncleanness of the tub, but there was also a black ring around the mat, maybe mold, dirt, or a combination of both. Additionally, the maid staff did a sorry job. Not only was the room not clean, upon entering our room the second night, our trash was not taken out and was overfilled, we were not given additional clean towels, nor was our beds re-done. When turning on the heat/air, it gave off a horrible scent of ketchup and vinegar mixed together. When the night front staff was confronted with these issues, all she said was "sorry about that, but usually when guests stay for just two nights, the maid staff does not come in to provide service unless you ask them to. " She also gave us some clean towels and told me to take pictures, which I did, and let the manager know about our experience there. I have been at better 3-star hotels that provided better service, with good quality breakfast. The room served it purpose, but I will not stay at this hotel EVER again.

Liked: The location was great. Staff were welcoming and kind. The facility was very clean.
Disliked: We were in a pet friendly room, but it really smelled of cat. The breakfast was disappointing because the waffle makers were out of service. The bagel I had was stale. We ended up going out for breakfast.
