DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!! Beware...

Disliked: Do not stay here !!!! My sister-in-law and I both traveled 6 hrs to supposedly a excellent hotel not true we are both handicapped We both were very unhappy with the room no bars in the bathroom, no bar in the shower unsafe we called maintenance to bring us a shower chair to be safe no show!!!’we had already unpacked and settled for night, after the stay I called to complain litterly they were rude in other words we don’t care about your complaints so it came to this note so that everyone beware,Don’t stay there they don’t care about a healthy individual or 2 seniors that need help in the shower or toilets, rude they also stated it was the booking service rep.that made the mistake, so if you call and make an issue about any concern pretty much they will state to you too bad!!!!! Unbelievable

Liked: The breakfast was great, location nice. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. I was accidentally charged twice for my room. But they corrected right away, were really nice about it. Even comped my parking.
Disliked: No pool

Liked: The breakfast had an excellent variety of choices and was very tasty. One of the best "breakfast included" values I've ever had at a hotel.
