Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Well, there was a water leak from a sprinkler head in the bathroom. It happened after I fell asleep and woke up to water coming down from the ceiling. I put towels down and called the front desk. Since it was late, a staff member came up to look. It did stop and hopefully will be addressed before the next occupant.

Disliked: Air conditioner was a bit noisy but cooled great. Bed was a little firmer than I like but wasn’t uncomfortable

Liked: There are several touchpoints that were excellent! The lady who checked us in was the right person in the right seat. She was bright and personable. She engaged with us naturally and carried herself very professionally.The layout of the room was great...as was the shower and the comfort of the mattresses.The gentlman who prepared breakfast was friendly and on his game.
Disliked: We noticed there was a large trash can and several bags of trash outside the elevator on the 4th floor the evening we arrived and was still there the morning we left. It was a small touchpoint, but it was noticable.
