Liked: I really liked the choice of television channels. The desk area in the room was well lit and comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing.

Liked: Property was located in a great area, close to the highway and cute coffee shops.
Disliked: The parking lot was icy and I slipped on ice and busted my knee, when I informed the front desk about it just so they could put salt on the ground to avoid further injuries, the front desk host seemed bothered and did not even bother to check to see if I was ok. I took care of my knee myself because I carry a small first aid kit but it was just common courtesy to at least apologize and ask if I needed anything. I’m not sure if she even reported the incident because we left and came back to the same icy lot.

Waste of money

Liked: Your desk staff was disrespectful would not touch my id or credit card I pay $700 annually for a Marriott card I expect outstanding customer service not treated like I have the plague. And a smile wouldn’t kill any body
