Liked: I like the location and look of the facility.
Disliked: This was my second stay, and there was another event going on. Second weekend in a row. Which is fine. But all night we heard thumps and bangs til around 2 in the morning. The first time it was til around midnight. And it’s expected with large groups but til that late is not right. And wouldn’t be accepted any other time! Then I was doubled charged for the room. When my reservation was already made and paid for before I even checked in. Yes my funds were returned after 3 days later when I noticed another room charge which threw my account negative. No sorry, nor trying to make things ok just “ we will return the double charged” and of course they returned the lesser amount paid through booking and not the higher charge made at the hotel. This was gonna be my weekend get away place but now I’ll have to look for another.

Last place I’d book again.

Liked: I appreciated that the room was clean and smelled clean too.
Disliked: The front desk lady was rude to me at check in. She was talking at a barely audible level and tried to force me to physically swipe my debit card when she could charge it from the computer. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except I had carrying 4 bags and holding my one year old. It felt insensitive. On top of that, she placed me in a room at the every end of the hall. I don’t except women to always help women, but man she didn’t make checking in as a solo person with a kid any easier. I also didn’t like that is could hear squeaking at night that made me think it was mice.

Great stay.

Liked: Excellent location that kept us close to the competition without paying a ton. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. Breakfast was ready at 6 which I liked because we had to get ready and leave for a cheer comp by 7:15. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Bed was just a little uncomfortable.

Liked: The room was nice and the location was good for the event we were in town for.
Disliked: Customer service was not good at any point.I was told one price charged about $70 moreWas told breakfast ended at 11 and came down at 10:06 to a staff member walking out of the breakfast area with a massive plate of food telling us breakfast was now closed. This caused us to almost be late to the even we were in town for as we then had to leave and find somewhere to get food for the kids costing us $50 When I tried to talk to the lady at the desk she was very nasty and very short. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told that there is no manager The picture online makes your pool look very nice when in reality we spent maybe an hr letting the kids play because the amount of people in there in such a tiny pool was ridiculous and made it to where you could not enjoy it. We came hoping to have a good time and it was very disappointing and cost well over what we were expecting
