Liked: Nice rooms; clean; close to restaurants.

Felt safe and comfortable

Liked: How soft the beds were and it was quiet
Disliked: The people could understand better English in the breakfast bar. No milk for cereal bowl?

Liked: Standard hotel little more discos than others
Disliked: Pull out was broken and dirty staff didn't come to fix or move us to a different room so we were crowded

Disliked: Pool was not as advertised. No hot tub. No restaurant on site as advertised

Disliked: The heat didn't work. Let them know. they came in and slammed stuff around and said it would heat up in 10 mins. Thermostat said error the whole time. Told them again and the maintenance came in and stared at the thermostat for awhile and said it would be on in 10 mins again. It never came on. Freezing the whole time.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. We enjoyed every bit of our stay.
Disliked: Everything was great!
