Good stay. Fantastic staff!

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good location, good breakfast. Staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Special thanks to manager on duty and Mike at reception.
Disliked: Would be good to have coins available at reception for guests to be able to use the onsite laundry

Liked: staff very nice and clean. Breakfast was wondering, season, hot and delicious.

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: I booked a king-size suite. When I arrived I tried to park in the garage for an hour with no luck. I was charged $55 for parking & I was a guest. I shouldn't have been charged to park. They gave my king-size bed room away before I arrived. I got 2 queen beds instead & that's not what I booked! 10 minutes after checking in, they say they detected smoke in my room & charged me $350. I don't smoke & I stayed in the room alone. I got to my room, turned the heat on, & watched college football on TV. I wasn't even there 12 hours & they charged me almost $1000. I will fight for my $ back. Worst hotel experience I've ever had! Crooks!
