Liked: The property was clean. The property was well maintained on physical appearance.
Disliked: Personally it is absolutely ridiculous to charge for a guest to park on the property. I don’t mean to have their car parked for them as in valet. Much less $10.00 after paying $200.00 for the room. Then charge extra if you want better WiFi. I was looking so forward to a hot shower. Nope, that didn’t happen either. The shower hot water was turned all the way on the hot side and never got above warm. I choose to rate this property because the night before I stayed at Comfort Suites in the same town Conroe, Texas. I paid $95.00 . No charge for parking, no charge for WiFi, plenty of hot water. Why I didn’t stay there my last night. I didn’t book enough nights and they were completely full my last night in town. The property was just as well maintained.
