Disliked: The breakfast was not good.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: We had a king suite with 2 tvs in which neither one worked. We told staff the first day around 9pm when we checked in. They told us it was too late to notify maintenance so to get a free item from the snacks(which we ended up being charged for) . The second day, we notified staff again, they said they could not let maintenance know due to time again and it was a different employee who then told us to just get 4 free items from snack area. We did not and said no it’s ok. The tvs were not fixed for the duration of our stay.We asked for a crib, we were told they are only playpens. We accepted and when I put up in the room, the pack and play had a heavy cigarette smell to it and was very very wobbly and seems like it was about to break so I would be very cautious allowing guest to use it .
