Liked: This location was great for meeting up with our family at the medical center. The room was spacious. I liked the suite for lounging since we stayed for a week. Breakfast had a great selection every day.
Disliked: Our room had a major mold section growing next to the shower and behind the toilet. We stayed in the room for a few extra days but then my husband came down with some respiratory issues. The furnishings are not quality and the rooms have no special decor. Nor does it have any pizzazz. Houston does not have very friendly people nor does this property. Talk about low vibes and low energy. It was hard to handle. It’s a vacation stay. Cheer up, people! The parking gate was such a hassle and didn’t work with our keys multiple times. The hallways were not vacuumed very well. We didn’t get enough towels for two people. They clean only every other day which is fine but actually clean. The laundry room was a mess. I had to use it because we were staying a week. I just was disappointed with our stay.

Disliked: AC kept half the room in freezer like conditions , water pressure when flushing the toilet was terrible

Liked: The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Very comfortable bed. Short walk to NRG stadium.
