Liked: The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional.
Disliked: This facility needs updated. The televisions are out dated for the money. The cable service to the rooms was in out. The Chanel selection was poor. The gate lock to the pool was ify and even the staff had a hard time working it. They advertised a guest laundry room unfortunately for the three weeks of our stay the machines were out of order and apparently they had been for a while. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

Liked: Everything was great, the staff could have been a little more helpfull. I was in town as an insurance adjuster working claims from hurricane Beryl. My claims were all around Pearland/Missouri City where there was another Springhill hotel. I asked the girl at the desk If I could transfer to the other hotel since I booked through booking.com she just said you have to call. When I'm sure she could have called for me. Their rates were alot higher.
Disliked: Well, I requested the ground floor but got third. I m on a low/no carb Diet, Keto bread would be a good addition to breakfast, or Waffle mix that are low/no carb.
