Pleasant

Ripped off !

Liked: Really nothing fairly bland
Disliked: No hot water the first morning ! Full cold shower with zero follow up or contact after I notified two separate employees

Liked: It was nice and clean. Also, the staff were very nice!
Disliked: No issues.

It’s definitely one will stop...

Liked: Accessibility room was excellent suited me in my wheelchair. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. That includes the coffee, best hotel coffee.
Disliked: The list is short, only one elevator worked.

Fine if you've got a...

Liked: The bedroom was a good size
Disliked: Just the location wasn't really near anything and in the middle of the highway and was miles from the airport but not actually near town either. Also the bar/restaurant was closed but there was a mexican place not far away thank goodness.

Very nice & relaxing

Liked: The room was beautiful and very spacious. The bathroom setup was ideal & the coffee nook was ideal. It had a small refrigerator & a small Keurig. About the only thing that could make it a 10 would have been robes.
Disliked: The A/C-Heater unit blew directly on the bed so it was a little bothersome trying to find the ideal temperature & being able to sleep. With the air blowing directly on the bed, I had to find a way to block the air so that I could actually sleep.
