Great hotel, we went to the House of Blues and was a short walk from our hotel. Very clean and amazing rooms. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Houston.

Disliked: Beds and linens were very low end. Confusing to check in…directed to another hotel in same property. Only 1 working elevator (2 were out of service) with directions on all levels directing patrons to enter door behind them for other hotels elevators…unfortunately the doors behind one on the room floors were the other bank of elevators…so confusing?! Bath towels were cheap and tough and one had a dark stain…both bath towels did not smell fresh like I experience in other hotels…I wondered if they’d actually been laundered?! Overall, not an exemplary experience… better than a “by the hour” flophouse.

Was a big room but...

Liked: We stayed on the 15th floor and loved the view., it was also close to numerous restaurants.
Disliked: Only one elevator worked, and the 15th floor smelled funky.

Liked: Front desk host was very nice.
Disliked: Valet was rude about taking care of my truck. When asked a question, he got smart with me. Out of 4 elevators only 1 worked, carpet wasn't vacuumed, hair on table in room. NO hot water to shower for the price you pay. Lastly no self parking only valet and then theu charge you at the front desk and don't tell you, you being charged 59.00 for valet added charge. Smh will never go back.
