I was impressed by the layout of the room and cleanliness of everything. High value for a reasonable price.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.

Spacious room, very clean and...

Liked: The coffee was hot and the breakfast was great! Nice selection: eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, all very good and the buffet was very clean.

Liked: Very nice hotel, great location , great staff
Disliked: There was a lots of hair everywhere ( tub , sink , etc) which means the room wasn’t properly clean

Exceptional front desk staff, always...

Liked: Exceptional front desk staff, always hot coffee, well-appointed rooms (though a little snug), excellent location
Disliked: Rooms were slightly snug, indoor pool was not heated and it was December.

Convenient

Liked: Very close to Hershey park so that was convenient, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Family suite was smaller than a thought for 5 people but we appreciated having a trundle bed.
