Exceptional

Liked: Very clean, hotel staff was professional and polite. Overall a great stay. I will be back!!
Disliked: Could use more lighting.

The hotel was wonderful!

Liked: All hotels should model this one. The service was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone there greeted you with a smile. The facility is nice and very clean. I was there on New Year's Eve, and it was busy, but I still didn't hear a peep of foot traffic while staying here.
Disliked: not a single complaint

Liked: Breakfast was good. The trundle was comfortable. The room was clean. The was very friendly.

Didn’t get to because they...

Liked: They gave our room away before our check in time at 3!!! They tried to charge our card at 2! When check in wasn’t til 3!!! I moved my money to my savings and was going to move it back when we got at the property at 2:56 and they already gave our room away because I didn’t have any funds on my card if they would of just waited til 3 I would of been able to pay them!!!! Never in my life have they changed me before I actually gotten there! They were rude and didn’t even care we had no where to stay! Was a horrible way to stay our vacation! And to give our room away was so messed up especially when we got there to check in at 2:56!!!!!!!
Disliked: THEY GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY BEFORE WE WAS ALLOWED TO CHECK IN AT 3!!!!!!!
