Great stay during ArtPrize

Liked: Stayed here during ArtPrize for my second year. Clean, updated rooms. Pet friendly accommodations for an additional fee and includes cats. Some hotels claim to be pet friendly, but only accept dogs. Decent breakfast. Staff is quick to restock breakfast items that run out. Hotel is close to any store/restaurant you might need and just a 15 minute drive from downtown Grand Rapids.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very clean and well kept rooms. Everything was in good repair and the decor was current with the trends. The staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel

Liked: The breakfast was okay, very simple but still variety. The oatmeal was good. The room was clean and modern, but a bit of a a strange layout with the television not in a convenient location. The bathroom was nice and clean.
Disliked: A waffle station would have been a nice addition for the breakfast bar. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The lighting was quite dark in the room. The main part of the room had no ceiling lights.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel kept charging the room charge on my credit card 5 times! And I already paid Booking.com. A week later and still not resolved
