Disappointing

Liked: The beds was so soft
Disliked: They had a problem checking me in and they didn’t have a jacuzzi like they said online and the pool was closed so my daughter couldn’t swim

Liked: Walking distance to stores.
Disliked: Did not receive the room we booked. Talked to the manager moments after seeing our room and he promised us a discount. Never saw it. Called a week or two later and talk to him again. Same promise never received my discount. Can’t say I’m pleased.
