Disliked: The bed was worse than a 1960's era hide a bed mattress that folded out from a couch

Liked: Location, easy to get to. Good view of Gulf in my room. Easy check in. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Could use more parking. I thought a little on the high side.

Liked: I loved the bed, the set up of the entire place in general especially the indoor pool! It was a very pleasing stay for a majority of the stay!
Disliked: What didn't I like was the fact that, when I checked in, there was an extra fee added to my stay I wasn't told on Booking.com, then when I get to the front desk to ask the front desk person and turned to walk away they were just laughing. Which was very aggravating. Then Sunday early morning there was guess in room 120 next to me that continued to slam the door and were really loud at 7am in the morning, so sleeping wasn't very good. Saturday night the lobby staff allowed a huge crowd to sit in the lobby and drink wine and beer and they took were pretty loud until 11pm at night. So didn't go to sleep until late either.

Disliked: I booked this room for my husband for a company fishing trip. The service was absolutely horrible! He requested a 2 o’clock check out because he needed to shower after being on the water and in the heat for hours. The gentleman that he spoke to at the front confirmed. When he came back to do that they said sorry the room has already been cleaned and argued with my husband about it. They said I guess he didn’t put it in the system or whatever. How is that our problem!! They were completely rude and we will never be returning. The room smelt like shit as well.
