Liked: I would of given an excellent rating but the guess on top floor had a child running, running and the was kinda annoying. Stay was ok

Liked: Nothing it was very dirty the walls had stains and the sofa couch had nasty stains on it

Liked: Great location: handy to the highway, close to good restaurants. Everything was very clean, efficient.

Falls short for a Marriot.

Disliked: The bed was so hard that we couldn’t sleep. Bed was right by air conditioning and very noisy. Breakfast wasn’t what we expect from a Marriot.

Disappointing. We would have left...

Liked: The beds were clean and it was quiet
Disliked: The room was not cleaned well, the furniture had some smears of who knows what, the tv had fingerprints, the extra bag of blankets were opened like it had been used, unsure if they were clean, the shower was moldy and caulking cracked. The light fixture was falling off, the bed lamp was broken. The bathroom fixtures were falling off and the supplies not refilled, the lock was not functional. The sink was separating from the wall. The elevator was broken and not running to the fourth floor. The thermostat didn't control the AC so the room was as hot, this was the second room we tried as the first one we tried the ac wouldn't come on at all. They did had a sign downstairs saying they were remodeling, so perhaps this was one that was slated to be remodeled, but it should not have been rented in this state. The bathroom just had a frosted glass slider so when someone uses the bathroom it shines into the bed area and offers very little privacy. And we paid $200 for this room, this was a $75 room max. We have stayed in hotels across five states the last three weeks and this was by far the worst.

Disliked: Television was not working in both rooms. Outlets were loose and didn’t work to charge devices. Elevators were not working.

Disliked: Staff was rude, elevators were out and the staff wouldn’t put my disabled mom into a 1st floor so we had to help her up the stairs. Tv was out and wouldn’t work, bathroom were not clean. Staff was horrible.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Value was good.
Disliked: We absolutely froze in our room. Thermostat did not work. The unit itself was not able to be turned off. I had the heat on full and set at 78° in the room only got up to 67°. when I brought this up upon check out, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I had booked through a third-party. Apparently, we can’t do anything about making your stay comfortable if you book through Booking.com, even though the property is responsible for your comfort while you stay there.
