Liked: I love how close this place is to restaurants. It is an easy Uber to the subway, also. The value is what really makes this place work.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great, but was not awful. The hot water was not quite hot enough.

Friendly staff, quiet location
Liked: Nice quiet location but still had restaurants and shops in walking distance Metro was also close by.

I am surprisingly disappointed.
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: No meat options at Sunday breakfast. Not enough seating in breakfast area. Ran out of eggs and coffee too quickly. Two regular coffee and the one decaf coffee brewers all empty at the same time. Clearly not prepared for volume of people during breakfast hours. Bathroom sink faucet low pressure and bed pillows are not supportive at all.

Beware of bed bugs!
Liked: The location is nice, close to a lot of things.
Disliked: Please always check your sheets and mattress! The first room I was given I could immediately tell my sheets were not changed. There was what looked like makeup stains on the sheets. I requested for them to be changed and they said they would send someone. Hours passed and no one ever came. I asked again and they said housekeeping had left already so they gave me new sheets to change myself. As I was changing the sheets I noticed bed bugs in the edges! I went back downstairs and showed them the picture and they changed my room. For what I paid, I don’t think I should have had to go through any of that to begin with. The second room I got was cleaner. I inspected the bed and didn’t find any bed bugs, but I do not plan on risking it there again.
