Liked: The staff was helpful and attentive. The housekeeping team kept our room stocked with extra towels and other supplies during our stay. I didn't get her name, but the housekeeper assigned to our room/floor was excellent.
Disliked: I am recovering from a knee injury and wore a knee brace during our stay. The bed was lumpy and this made sleeping with a brace uncomfortable and difficult. Although the pillows were quite thin, we asked for additional ones, and this improvement greatly enhanced our comfort.

Liked: The hotel’s location is close to restaurants, stores. It’s very clean and up to date. There’s no freeway or train nearby. We will stay again. The staff is very nice.
Disliked: We liked everything. We can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was comfortable and the sitting area was well designed. The room was quiet except for the noise of the air coming on.
Disliked: The placement of the bathroom directly across from the bed was weird.

Disliked: The room could have been cleaner and we went down for breakfast at 9:40 and they were taking everything down in a way that you literally couldn’t access anything while there are two other families still eating. Very disappointing.
