Let down especially for a...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Would’ve liked them a little more well versed in customer service. For instance, if a room was legitimately unsatisfactory then change the room and either provide a discount or upgrade.
Disliked: Our first room had mold on the shower and shower ceiling. The second room we got moved to didn’t have mold on the ceiling but had mold on shower wall. The television is also at a very bad angle.

Disliked: Upon arrival I was told they didn't want to use my credit card and I would need to add another card, well upon check out they charged both cards!! I've tried reaching out to management but they're MIA! DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Disliked: Room is very poorly laid out. Half of the bathroom is open to the room making it impossible for someone to use it without waking others. It also took 10 minutes for hot water in the shower.
