The room was nice. This...

Liked: Nice property and was a good location for going to the Fort Worth stop show.
Disliked: We are part of a group we had several rooms booked, and my son-in-law and daughter were in the room next to us and their vehicle was damaged and broken into and the security was not helpful. My daughter was also double charged for the room and two days people saying they had taken care of refunding, and it was still never done until an assistant manager got involved. It’s very disappointing. The customer service for running the hotel was fine, but lack supervision and a sense of urgency and taking care of the needs of those people that were their guests.

Great stay.

Liked: It is in the perfect location. Room was great.
Disliked: The parking lot is so small. I didn’t enjoy having to use the parking garage.
