Disliked: The demeanor of the front desk receptionist was absolutely rude and so unprofessional. I’ve never met such a miserable little man as the man who tends to your guests. I never got my money refunded from the “incidentals” because I know nothing was wrong with my room when I left so I’m wondering where my money is.

Clean and great location

Liked: Great location, pretty clean hotel.
Disliked: Tub was kinda old looking with permanent stains. Requested room cleaning on the 3rd day, but our room was not clean when we returned to the hotel after 2 pm. Was told by housekeeping that our room was not on the list to be cleaned. She did, however, clean it for us after asking to speak with management. The beds were not comfortable. I didn't get good rest and kept waking up with a sore back.

Liked: Everything was so clean. I utilized the 24 hour gym and it had everything I needed. I was very impressed. Pool was fun as well. Room was very spacious and had everything you needed. Very clean and updated.
Disliked: I liked everything honestly. No complaints or suggestions.
