Liked: Staff were amazing-

My stay at Springhill Suites...

Liked: So many restaurants, stores, & fun things to do nearby. The property was neat & tidy. Staff were exceptionally nice & helpful. The pool is beautiful & the water was not extremely cold. Many rooms require key card access, so definitely feels safe. The room was clean, TV is big & can stream Netflix Hulu etc. Breakfast was deliciousss. everything 10/10.
Disliked: The room felt a bit crowded but I’d say it was a very nice room for the price paid. Very good deal.

Great hotel as long as...

Liked: For the most part met our expectations and the breakfast was a great bonus.
Disliked: Pool was closed which was not disclosed prior to or during check-in.

Disliked: My daughter said the room is smelly. My parents said there is no hot shower in the room.
