Disliked: When we got there the receptionist was not very friendly. The cleaning lady was passing through and they were both complaining about something that happened earlier that day. We didn't get to stay because they couldn't find our booking. I tried a few times as well as the booking agency to show the room was already paid for but they didn't seem to care to help. I actually got a speech of why the receptionist thought I shouldn't have gone through an agency. Maybe she has an issue with them? Either way, after emails, and the hotel putting the booking agent on hold for too long, we were able to stay at a place with much friendlier people. Maybe you'll get lucky and they're having a good day, but I'd avoid this place if given a second chance.
