Liked: Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Nice property. Nice pool and workout room. Friendly front desk people.
Disliked: Second night maid service was terrible. Room temperature was set to 68 degrees. Room not fully cleaned. Toilet paper not replaced. Hole in screen not repaired (left note for her). Coffee creamer not replaced (left note for her). Seemed like she had an axe to grind.

Disliked: Breakfast needs a professional review. Both morning we arrived for breakfast at 6:45 and 6:30. First day eggs and sausage cold! Second day we waited for their service to open. Not even close to being presented hot and fresh .I would be very surprised if you did not get more complaints.This for sure affects the overall approval rating you receive.

Liked: Great location. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was good with a good amount of options. Bed was big and comfy and bathroom was big and clean. Points to be improved : the convertible couch could have been prepped before our arrival and we shouldn’t have needed to request extra sheets/pillows for it as our reservation mentioned a group of 4 guests. And we were missing an extra towel. A good stay in a lovely town otherwise.

This was our first time...

Liked: We were traveling with our pet dog. The King Suite was perfect for us. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choices that we ate something different each morning. We are definitely coming back.
Disliked: The bed was made so the sheets and blankets were only 2/3rds up the length of the bed. We just untucked the bedding so it could be pulled up to cover our shoulders.

Fun in Flagstaff

Liked: Very comfortable and clean with a good breakfast. Easy to get to other locations. Walmart across the road. It snowed while we were there!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: One of the most pleasant hotels on our trip. Extremely nice receptionist Adriana (including her colleague who trained her). Decently equipped gym - compared to other much larger hotels it was very good. Can't compare it to a commercial gym of course, but fully adequate for a hotel. Smaller indoor pool where one can have a great relaxation. Breakfast was quite sufficient and kept being replenished until the very end. We used the hotel as a stopover on our way out of the Grand Canyon and continued on to Sedona in the morning. Right next to the hotel (and within walking distance) is a Walmart, where you can get really anything. I can definitely recommend the hotel highly.
