Liked: Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Nice property. Nice pool and workout room. Friendly front desk people.
Disliked: Second night maid service was terrible. Room temperature was set to 68 degrees. Room not fully cleaned. Toilet paper not replaced. Hole in screen not repaired (left note for her). Coffee creamer not replaced (left note for her). Seemed like she had an axe to grind.

Disliked: layout of room was terrible. bathroom & vanity not private. shower and toilet needs it's own door!! way smaller room than looks like on the website. not a great smell. breakfast was minimal. coffee was cold. Lighting was awful.

Liked: Hotel lobby was very clean. Staff was well prepared. Room appeared nice when we arrived.
Disliked: We got a room.with a king si,e bed. This bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept on. And my boyfriend was.so uncomfortable lying on a hard bed that it made his side.very sore to the touch. Not sleeping well made.our return trip to Phoenix rough and uncomfortable one because we had such a bad night.
