Liked: Very friendly staff beautidl and spacious room

Liked: The breakfast was good when they had it (water Problem). Nice indoor heated pool.
Disliked: Someone pulled the fire alarm past midnight Christmas Eve. Temperature were in the teens. No water the next day. (City water main Problem) Water came back on, but the hotel boiler broke. No Hot water. The fridge was small for a suite that holds 6 people. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Clean, great amenities and quiet.

Liked: Nice size room, proximity, parking.
Disliked: Hot water was a problem as the city was having issues.

Decent but I dunno if...

Liked: We could hear the elevator bell ding every time because our room was so close to it. Made sleeping hard. Room itself was great Breakfast was a disappointment. eggs were rubbery. French toast sticks weee greasy and tasteless. Fruit very limited. Coffee was decent though

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast and bed and linens.
Disliked: Poor lighting and maintenance

aside from the fire alarm...

Liked: The person at the front desk "Daniella". was very helpful and friendly. did her job well
Disliked: I was disappointed in the breakfast. the scrambled eggs were overdone and cold. there were no potatoes and the meat selection was only pork sausage patties but at least they were warm.
