Disliked: I was told I could have late checkout based on availability. When I arrived, I was told I could only have late checkout if I was a bonvoy member. She said they get late checkout starting at 1 based on status. I found my bonvoy number and then she said she would only give me late checkout until 12:30, which was only an extra 30 minutes.

Clean, friendly, great location!

Liked: Breakfast was unexpectedly good! The hotel has a shuttle that can pick you up at the airport, which was very nice and the driver was wonderful.

A nice rest.

Liked: Perfect location. Good food close by. Very comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. Nice breakfast. Felt very safe and it has a pool which others with children used and thought it was great!

If ever in Fairbanks again...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Could easily walk to various restaurants.
Disliked: While food in Lavelle Bistro was excellent, it was so hot in restaurant it was difficult to fully enjoy.
