Disliked: No soap, both days. They said they run out and they hoped it will be delivered on day one, it was not. No paper towel either. The reception guy, the friendlier of the two African American guys, told me I was supposed to use a hand towel. Which was in the restroom, so weird. There were no utensils either so had to eat my dinner using my hand [because, surprise surprise, the restaurant forgot to send it too].Breakfast was meh, even less varities than most free breakfasts, although the sausages were yummy. Coffee was good also, especially as the coffee/tea machine in the rooms sucks big time. Very cheap and old quality. Also bordering on unsafe as to how it spits boiling water around.I also scheduled for my bed to be turned on day one and no one showed up. When I commented on it, I was given a "complimentary" water for which I found out I was charged later.None of it comes close to the beautiful sleep I got, however. It is like sleeping in the clouds. Would definitely recommend the bed and pillow
